Home valuation

What Is My Sunshine Coast Home Worth?

Homes on the Sunshine Coast are hard to value from a spreadsheet. Two houses on the same street can differ widely because of view, sun, water systems or a legal suite. That's why every valuation I prepare is done personally, using recent comparable sales and first-hand knowledge of the local market.

Frequently asked questions

Is this an automated home value estimate?
No. Your request is reviewed personally by Cody Robinson, who prepares a valuation from recent comparable sales and local market knowledge.
Why aren't online home estimates accurate on the Sunshine Coast?
Automated estimates can't fully account for views, waterfront, private water and septic systems, suites or recent updates — all of which strongly affect Coast home values.
Is there any cost or obligation?
No. The home valuation is free and there's no obligation to list.
